Great post. Love how there is a positive spin on the Alzheimer's (my mom had that also.) You bring the sense of light in darkness - very inspiring. :)

I'll be praying for you Karla. You're definitely not the only one who feels that way. I feel it alot. :-( I so desperately want to go to another conference but money is an issue. One thing you have going for you is htat you're hilarious! I've heard that people/pubs are really looking for light stories right now in these hard times. :-)

Wow, this is really interesting. I reviewed the second book in this series and like you, felt it took way to long to get to the legal, interesting part of the book. The first half of the second book took forever to get through and there was no real hook for me. That said, I also liked Whitlow's writing.
